Since having the system, I have even more reasons to be very pleased and satisfied with the team from Future Net and its system. The system and software is very robust and since the system was installed we have had no break downs, the software actually works and works well. One of the nicest surprises was, there were no surprises, you get everything with your system, ie. Auto re-order, Accounts, Customer Loyalty Program etc., Other systems out there seem to charge you for these programs.

We have been in the independent retail industry for 13 years and never have we come across a retail systems company that provides an excellent product, great service and such a high level of support. The System is a reliable, user friendly and effective tool to managing a profitable supermarket in today's competitive environment. The outstanding levels of support, service and training take away the many of the stresses involved in the day to day processes of our business. Compared to other products and companies Future Net’s price is extremely attractive. Future Net is definitely a viable POS solution that we would encourage any and every independent retailer to investigate, …you won’t be disappointed.

The front end POS is very reliable, I have never had any down time, rebooting or errors like I had with my previous system. If I have a problem, all it takes is one phone call to their support and I get help within minutes. Beats sending a remote support and waiting hours or even weeks for help.

Just a short note of thanks in giving us a great system for our store. The change over from our previous system went without a hitch. The training given to my staff was first class with on-going follow up by your staff even after they left the store to ensure we did it right e.g. our first host order and stocktake. Already we have noticed an improvement in managing our business with your great system and not spending hours on the phone trying to get things fixed as before.

The guys at Future Net are always willing to listen to anything that we think of can make their system even better. Future Net’s maintenance and backup support has always been fantastic, we have multiple contact points for knowledgeable help. I would highly recommend the Future Net solution for any retailer that is upgrading or looking at installing a complete POS system. Last month we completed our annual stock take using the wireless setup, it made a very long and arduous job much easier and quicker.

I decided on Future Net Convenience Controller to manage my network of SPAR stores and it has made a big difference to the running of my business. With the reporting in Convenience I can compare sales and margins, across departments or between stores. I can’t believe that I can get so much vital information, on the same day – it means I can make better, more effective business decisions. The other great thing about Future Net is the ease of change – if I need to request a change, they are very responsive.

At Eumundi Meats, we pride ourselves on our customer service, and using Future Net Convenience POS helps us improve it even further. We can combine our scale and POS, and integrated EFTPOS to offer our customers a streamlined, efficient experience. We don’t have to print a sticker and send them to a separate POS to pay – it is all done in a single operation at the counter. For us, it’s also saved us money as we don’t have to double up on hardware. We would certainly recommend Future Net to other butchers/delis who want to reduce cost and focus on customer service.

We could not be happier with the system, it has made nearly everything so much easier and simpler to manage. We love being able to change all the prices on the front computer, add stock and check all dips in the system without having to dip the tanks every delivery.
